The influential Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments, a Washington think tank, recommends that the Army cut its planned force expansion of 65,000 new soldiers and comes mighty close to saying the service should axe its prized Future Combat Systems modernization program.
The Non-Line of Sight Launch System, being developed as part of the Army's Future Combat Systems, has been selected for use aboard the first of the U.S. Navy's Littoral Combat Ships, the USS Freedom.
"On time. On target. Never quit!" is not a catchphrase, but a promise that Naval Special Warfare Combat Crewmen make to their country, their brothers and themselves that they will complete their mission every time.
